Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived… The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren’t disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I’m still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.

Overall good experience. Maya did great. Delivery took a little longer than I would have liked.But Maya was excellent. Check engine light came on 5th day but once they opened on Monday ,Maya reached out and had service department call me. Charges for sensor which needs replace is covered. So a plus on customer service.

He understood my frustrations, took patience in diligence dealing with me which I’ve really appreciated. He made sure to explain everything in clear detail to me. Ultimately I hung up the phone extremely happy and satisfied with the service that he provided, whereas I was steaming red hot. So much so that the fact he went above and beyond for me I felt it necessary to go above and beyond to leave him a review to express my gratitude for his service. He is definitely an asset to this company and I wish nothing but blessings, Grace, and prosperity and this man’s life.

I would recommend Danis Auto if you’re looking to buy a car. Even though I don’t have the best credit, Danis was able to help me. A lit of dealers falsely advertise about putting you in a car regardless of credit, but when you get there it’s a different story. Danis really did what they said. Please use me as a referral if you want to go get a car, it’s $250 in it for both of us.

The purchasing process was flawless, but the delivery process was hard. Kept getting told that they were waiting on dispatch, so after 12 days, I had to get a plane ticket and then had to drive home 10 hours, just to get my car delivered, by me! This was ridiculous. If you can’t ship a car…don’t offer it. Wasted my time and money.
