    I’m actually very surprised the package took 8 days to arrive after payment was sent specifically 6 days after getting tracking code that is fast like fast especially ordering international for reference im in the east coast USA if that helps u measure the time it takes for yours but now this will definitely be my go to

    Always go with the Amazon gift card payment they replied with 4 hours via email !

    I was hesitant at first. The customer service was very good. Products arrived about 3 weeks later. Great packaging, well put together. Payment method works for me since I am in USA, great for anyone not wanting to use their personal information overseas. I will definatly be ordering again! I would definatly recommend. Great pricing

    I am a first time customer of Skinorac, My payment went through via “how to pay” yet Skinorac cancelled my order! And their customer service stated that it is processing the order while their site says order cancelled! And they aren’t helping me. I am very disappointed. I don’t want to use this site in future.

    they never ship after waiting for 3 weeks, last week they told me they’ve ship it and blame the courier for not updating the tracker. Funny yesterday they contacted me saying that one of their product that I ordered is not available. I feel frustated but I can forgive them if they just ship it, but still until now my package didn’t shipped by them. The tracking number can’t be tracked either. They used to be good but now they are crap. Better find direct supplier than dealing with this mess.

    Eyelash thickener to be delivered to NZ. Arrived within the estimated time and was as described. They marked the order as complete as it was being passed to NZ post which made me think it had been lost, other then that perfect!

    5 starts for Skinorac, regarding shipping, tracking, and delivery! Only my first day trying the eye drops that I ordered, and the product seems very similar to the products on the market that are at least 100 dollars or more!! I received my tracking number in just a few days after I placed my order. I was able to track the package with the link Skinorac provided, for each leg of its journey. Amazingly it took approximately 15 days from Skinorac’s distribution center to receive my package to the US!! Payment processing was simple, and the ordering process is straightforward. I am ordering a second bottle of the eye drops today, just to have extra for traveling. Thank you Skinorac, for the 5-star experience!
