I was FINALLY able to order a few batches of elastic, after months of the site being out of stock due to the pandemic and need for elastic for masks. While I’m happy with receiving my goods in a timely manner, I am not happy that I never received a newsletter or announcement of any kind to indicate that elastic was in stock – I had to check the website myself. Also, I reached out months ago to notify the company about a glitch in the website that blocks the ‘wishlist’ function, as I’ve tried to build wishlists of elastic colors and types for future shopping but never received a response to my message.

The color selection was just what I needed (esp. The beige and brown tones), i didn’t have to purchase a huge amount at one time, the product was good quality at the right price and delivery was timely.

False advertising. I picked this company specifically because they sold USA made elastics. I received my order in sealed packages stating MADE IN CHINA.
