Shipment was in two different packages and two different shippers. I wasn t told that . It was very hard to get in touch with anybody. Got 1st package in two days and 2nd package in four days. Shipping was great customer serv ice could be better.. we got everything worked out and that s what counts..

Ordered the bed rack and felt it was a great price until I got it. A lot of places had the coating chipped off, now was it from shipping and handling of package or was it that way before it was shipped? I don’t know and it is what it is. Assembled rack and placed in in and secured. Everything fit like it was suppose to. The real issue that has me giving it a low rating is “Nothing” I have ordered to mount on the rack does not line up with the holes. No matter what I do none of the holes line up to mount the gas tank or rails matched up. I searched everywhere for adapter plates and found nothing. The rack had been mounted on my truck for a month and I was not going to ship everything back I ordered to mount and use. I ended up having to drill my own mounting holes. Guess I felt every one was standard as far as mounting hole for all accessories. I know beeter now.

Provide a number for me for the 1000x I’ll continue to right replies until you provide me one that actually goes to a business not some cell phone with no voicemail. I just want to return the product why arent I allowed to do this?

My first time buying from here but overall great experience. I love the product and is exactly as on the picture. 2014 JKU sport. 4 Dr. Thanks guys. I will keep you on my favorite folder.

Elitewill INC not offer a good product but there customer service is the best I have ever witness. A slight problem which was handle 3 times. Unreal! Would recommend doing business with this company.

The item showed up excellent and looks awesome, the frame repair was a perfect fit for my 2001 jeep tj.

My only postal address is a post office box. I was never made aware that elitewill does not deliver to P.O. boxes so now my package is lost. Not recommended
