Reported my damage on 27 January but have got no answer up to date – more than two months later. You reported delay on 11 March due to covid. Ok, but for a minor damage and amount it is not reasonable with a more than two months delay. Possibly you have to much focus on internal rules and production, not on your clients. That will cost you a number of clients!
Why, for example, do you send this Review to me before you have handled my case?
Really bad handling, 7 weeks in and still not a sound. When calling to ask about progress, information states they haven’t even started handling the case, and won’t give any prognosis to when it will be handled. Can’t recommend in any way.
It wasn’t clear which holiday insurance includes eventual home transport back to Sweden but the customer support team helped me with prompt response on my query mail
