The Shower Bay unit is a life saver for me! I am a full-time caregiver for my husband who can’t walk anymore and has cancer. Having the Shower Bay available makes my life much easier and he is extremely happy now that he can take showers again!

I believe this company really cares about the people that use thier products. I purchased my shower bay used through “Offer Up”. The shower itself was in great condition (only used a half a dozen times). The only problem was they no longer had the attachment that hooks the hose to the sink. I spoke with an associate by the name of Russell Simpkins and told him my problem. Even though I wasnt a direct customer of thier company, I was treated as if was. He shipped me the part I needed free of charge. His only concern was that my shower bay was working properly. Now that is what I call awesome customer service. Not to mention the shower bay itself is awesome and my 91 year old mother loves it. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking into purchasing a portable shower for thier love one. The shower bay has been the perfect solution for helping my 90 year old mother to enjoy a regular bathing experience. She feels so refreshed each and every time that she uses it! The set up took less than 20 minutes.
