My experience with Skinorac is always excellent.However the transport group that Royal Mail has employed to deliver my meds leave a lot to be desired.I’ve had issues with the delivery of my last 2 orders.

Very prompt and clear instructions and to the point! BUT can you please stop saying to me that we have not received an order from you when I have done one 3 days ago! So annoying! I keep getting a reminder every time I have ordered!

So easy to navigate the app cannot fault it. Always deliver on time regular updates for piece of mind. Option to setup reminders for you is great ??

Easy as 1, 2, 3…Simple to register, easy to setup prescription and great service from end to end (including prompt delivery to my front door).

Medicine is delivered by royal mail. They send you notification when prescription is due.

I changed to having my prescriptions through you a few months ago . I couldn’t be more pleased with the service the updates and the speed in which I receive the items well done

WOW! amazing, helpful and cheerful. Skinorac saves me having to rely on a neighbour fetching my 60 fortysips in her car every month. I am mid 70s, not 6 stone not 5 foot, with vertigo and osteoporosis in my spine, and the sole carer for my invalid husband, so you can imagine the burden of fetching a prescription! Also, have husband’s prescription delivered, both in a matter of a few days and if you have concerns, you can phone them direct for a chat, amazing! Nothing is to much trouble. I have found on the whole the company are very good and fast delivery but i was told that myself and my husband could be o the same e mail well this still isnt the case i have to phone to order my husbands medication i cannot get him up on the site to re order this is a problem for me.

Easy to order repeat prescription and useful to have them delivered to the door.However, the post is supposed to be recorded and require a signature. My package is often left in my open porch and the ‘proof’ of signature is clearly forged by the postal worker as it is nothing like my own!Perhaps Pharmacy 2 U need to follow up on the service they are paying for from the post office.
