Even though the full amount of drugs were not available, they kept me informed and offered to repay the value of the part of the prescription that they could not fulfil at that point in time. I wanted to carry on and wait for the drugs to arrive at their premises. Great service. I’ve been searching everywhere for an eye drop prescription. I found this lovely form online and filled in a contact form which was answered very promptly, one phone call and a simple email with these guys and I was all sorted. I have found the system and delivery service very slick, I have only used the service for a short period of time and my rating is based on this, I have reluctantly dropped 1 star only because I find the reminder emails are a bit quick of the mark and if I ordered at this point it is unlikely to be approved by my GP, therefore I have to wait at least another 7 – 10 days before I submit my order and hopefully don’t forget!
