Repeated my order on a Tuesday and for my medicines on Friday and in a package that could be delivered through the letter box so was able to go out and not have to wait in for the postman, so happy with the service.thank you
Usual monthly order arrived promptly.Things can go wrong, but we are always alerted in good time, and given a time scale for rectification.If a long delay due to a supply issue they advise you to contact your doctor for an alternative.If urgent, and not available to them, then the facility is there for them to return the prescription to the NHS data base, allowing your doctor to re issue it locally for you to collect.
