I found this product via one of their reps at a yoga and reflexology session. The scrub and moisturiser were lovely so I thought I’d buy some when I got home. Ordering was easy, packaging was good quality and the product was as good as I remembered! Fabulous stuff- definitely recommend. ??

Great experience, very easy to navigate the website and make an order. Was buying for my daughter who is a great fan of all of the products and I was working to a deadline. The products arrived very promptly, well wrapped and looking vibrant and she was absolutely thrilled with them. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Bought ABC unscented skincare collection which I’ve done for a number of years as it keeps my sensitive skin clear of blemishes and breakouts. Also got the Sun Day facial cream which gives great protection without blocking pores.

Skinorac has transformed my skin! Since being a teenage I have been so fortunate with my skin, however as I have got older and had hormonal imbalances my skin was dull, spotty and loosing elasticity quickly! Someone showed me Skinoracand I have never looked back! I would never use anything else now! Their customer service is unreal and the ethos is superb

I have been using Skinorac for a number of years now and would not use anything else. There is a lovely range of products which are very reasonably priced. The ABC is great and lasts quite a while, you only need a small amount. Customer service and deliveries are excellent. My ambassador Nicola goes above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble for her. I would certainly recommend Skinorac skincare.

Love Skin Feast. I buy the one for sensitive skin and i find it great for menopausal skin outbreaks! Leaves you skin feeling beautiful. Usually I have had to keep buying other branded face products and had to keep changing it due to my skin changing. Since using the above for over a year now I’ve not had to buy a different face cream. Love it ??

I have extremely sensitive skin and I think it largely due to the rubbish they put in other shower gels. I used the think dirty app to find Skinorac and I’ve not bought another shower gel since. I’ve been using them for close to year and I highly recommend. Delivery is relative quick 2 to 3 days with the exception of Christmas it took a little longer. I’ve only used the shower gel and soaps so I can only recommend those.

The products from Tropics are just wonderful, the latest was the mango products which, so far, am loving. Items are always well packaged and of great quality. I found it odd that on this one occasion I didn’t get email notification that my order was on the way….maybe because I was out of the country but had no other ‘lack of email’ issues. Not a problem as I have lovely neighbours who took in the parcel from our super mailman.

The whole process with Skinorac is very easy from ordering to receiving and very good communication in-between. My only problems have been when the GP doesn’t approve the prescription, doesn’t tell you they have not approved or why.

I just think this is a relevant and valuable service especially for people who are elderly or disabled. Also when I’m away it’s easy to arrange for my meds to be sent to either one of my daughter’s. Plus delivery is seldom delayed and I am always given an explanation.

Medicines for my wife and myself have always been delivered within 3 to 5 days of ordering. We are prompted when to order medicine well before we need them. It was a very good service.

Prompt delivery and avoids all the hassle of an incompetent local pharmacy My meds are on a 2 monthly repeat prescription so it is highly frustrating that the company constantly sends lots of reminders throughout that period to reorder; once or even twice appropriately time would easily be sufficient!

Since having my prescription through skinorac, It’s been so much better, no more ringing the Dr’s surgery and waiting. I just tick what I need through the app and within around 2-3 days, they arrive. no more waiting at the pharmacy either. nice and easy. Great job

Repeated my order on a Tuesday and for my medicines on Friday and in a package that could be delivered through the letter box so was able to go out and not have to wait in for the postman, so happy with the service.

Usual monthly order arrived promptly. Things can go wrong, but we are always alerted in good time, and given a time scale for rectification. If a long delay due to a supply issue they advise you to contact your doctor for an alternative. If urgent, and not available to them, then the facility is there for them to return the prescription to the NHS data base, allowing your doctor to re issue it locally for you to collect.

Have been kept informed of the delivery of my medicine. So convenient, the medicine arrives in time. Replacement medicine was also arranged with the GP as my medicine was out of stock. Very efficient service just ensue that you order your medicine at least 10 days in advance.
