It’s handy to be able to use the App to order meds, but sometimes there is a lack of communication when meds are not in stock. There have been a couple of occasions where I have had to get meds referred back to the because they haven’t been delivered in time.Sometimes delivery times can be slow.

Regular medicines ordered through my GP are always delivered promptly. I am kept updated on order progress via e mail.

I get reminders to order my repeat prescription, which is great. After I order it online from my GP, I love that I don’t have to do anything and get notification when the order has been approved and within days it comes through my letterbox. For someone who has been on repeat prescriptions for many years, this is a Godsend.
