Excellent communication, advising of receipt of order. when sent to doctor for approval, when approved by doctor, when medication being prepared and when despatched. Since having my prescription through skinorac , It’s been so much better, no more ringing the Dr’s surgery and waiting. I just tick what I need through the app and within around 2-3 days, they arrive. no more waiting at the either. nice and easy. Great job

Usual monthly order arrived promptly.Things can go wrong, but we are always alerted in good time, and given a time scale for rectification.If a long delay due to a supply issue they advise you to contact your doctor for an alternative.If urgent, and not available to them, then the facility is there for them to return the prescription to the NHS data base, allowing your doctor to re issue it locally for you to collect.

Have been kept informed of the delivery of my medicine. So convenient, the medicine arrives in time. Replacement medicine was also arranged with the GP as my medicine was out of stock. Very efficient service just ensue that you order your medicine at least 10 days in advance.
