Good service. Delivered promptly and as expected.

I’ve used Skinorac a couple of times now. I phoned the first time to ask about stock levels and how to send my dog’s prescription-they were friendly and helpful. Ordering was easy and the meds arrived very quickly. Price was a LOT cheaper than my vet and availability much better – my vet was always having trouble getting the meds from their supplier. Excellent service.

The main positive for me was the low cost of the medicine I ordered. I needed the medicine quickly so drove over to the nearest branch at Sheffield. On arrival I forgot to mention it was a click and collect item so the pharmacist was hurriedly searching for a normal prescription when mine was already waiting at the counter. I would definitely use again.

Ridiculous having to get a colleague to write my script for my dog instead of accepting it from myself as normal! Even though the RCVS advise it is acceptable to write your own animals script!

Ordering was very straight forward, I was not restricted in the quantity ordered ( other supplier limited to 3 tubes of Calendula per order) payment was easy and delivery was excellent. Skinorac kept me informed at all stages, even giving a time slot on day of delivery.

Reliable good service and price

To be perfectly honest I searched for the best price for the item I wanted and Skinorac came up. I’d not come across your site before. The price of the pads was extremely competitive so I placed an order for 12 packs. The complete order arrived within a few days, much quicker than I’d expected. The packaging was discreet and intact, if the price stays within reasonable limits I will definitely be ordering again. Many thanks for excellent customer service.

Whenever i order medications on line they always arrive in good condition & the medications are exactly correct.

I use the Skinorac on sandringham road, doncaster.4 times I have been dispensed the wrong medication, after complaining twice, all I get is a sorry. Well sorry is not good enough, after 4 times they still haven’t learnt. They a very lucky that I didn’t get ill , or even more serious. This shop must not be trusted with dispensing medication. I have taken it further and await there outcome

I’ve used Skinorac to get a pet prescription for some time now, the service is always fantastic and very fast, as soon as they receive my prescription I receive a email telling me it will be on its way. I’ve never had a problem with any of my prescriptions either. Can’t fault them.
