This was the first time I have ordered a vet prescription item online. Skinorac staff were excellent. Easy to order. Prescription sent in. Order despatched the day of receipt. I opted for the DPD delivery and they delivered today although the expected day was Tuesday next week, which was an unexpected but welcome bonus. Excellent service all round and I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

I ordered oticare but was sent optixcare by mistake, I urgently needed it for the discomfort in my dogs ears. I was annoyed till I rang customer services. I was bowled over with how the lady dealt with the replacement, she was so apologetic and I received the replacement the next morning!! I can’t thank the lady who dealt with it enough. I understand things go wrong and we’re keen to complain but how this was resolved deserves total credit for a brilliant company.

Very reasonable price and very quick delivery

I ordered a prescription for our dog about a week to 10 days before she ran out but she ended up nearly a week without tablets! They said they hadn’t received her prescription which I sent via email from my account within 5 minutes of ordering. I always BCC myself in my emails when I email from my phone to make sure there are no problems & my other account received it without issue so I think it was missed at their end. I don’t like it that my poor girl had to suffer! Us humans know what it is like to suffer when we don’t have our meds & I don’t want my girl in that situation again it was awful bless her. If I hadn’t of rang up I would still be waiting for her delivery, but I suppose they’re not bothered as long as they have your money. If I could get her meds elsewhere, I would after this!
