Most medication available in good time

Reminders very useful so I am never without my medication

Timely as usual. Items received as ordered

I am reminded to order, then reminded again until I do. Advised from ordering to delivery what is happening. What else could I need? Excellent service, so easy and pain free!

Always turns up on time

For the 3rd consecutive time I have only been provided with half of a prescription (one month’s supply). The first time this happened I was told this was what my doctor’s surgery had sent. I have had a medical review and there are no changes to my medication which means I should be getting 2 months supply every 2 months. I even wrote on the last order that I was ordering a month early because I was sent half of my order but it’s happened for 3 consecutive months.So I am paying DOUBLE what I should be. This is an appalling service

Great site for reminding you you need a renewal of your prescription. Simple one click orders the items and then you get email reminders of the stages your prescription is on.Delivered by Royal Mail the next day I got my email saying it’s on its way.Highly recommend this site and the service they provide

Medicine is delivered by royal mail. They send you notification when prescription is due.

I changed to having my prescriptions through you a few months ago . I couldn’t be more pleased with the service the updates and the speed in which I receive the items well done

WOW! amazing, helpful and cheerful. Skinorac saves me having to rely on a neighbour fetching my 60 fortysips in her car every month. I am mid 70s, not 6 stone not 5 foot, with vertigo and osteoporosis in my spine, and the sole carer for my invalid husband, so you can imagine the burden of fetching a prescription! Also, have husband’s prescription delivered, both in a matter of a few days and if you have concerns, you can phone them direct for a chat, amazing! Nothing is to much trouble. Very efficient

It is so easy, order your prescription and 4 to 5 days later, they arrive in the post. I wish I’d signed up sooner.

The reminder is always on time and delivery is prompt hence got no complaints

I used to give it 5 stars. But now not all my medication especially my important ones are getting delivered when I want and need them. They don’t give you an alternative when something is hard to get hold off or put of stock. It’s not their fault. This is happening everywhere. I just wish they would prioritise patients that have to take antidepressants rejection tablets which are really important and ofcourse diabetes medication if someone needs it.

I don’t have to think about any thing I get an email and then the rest is done for me it is totally hassetle free

I am very pleased with Skinorac everything is done for me. No worry about leaving my home to go to local as I don’t drive.Ordering from the above is easy, just sit back and wait for delivery.The only thing I would say is that once I have received my order I receive an e-mail straightaway asking me to reorder, I think that is a bit quick, please arrange a two-week interval before I put a new order in.
