Generally goodSome time I get very early notice for my subscriptions and rarely late notice that once I run out of my medication and I needed to purchase them from local

They deliver on time, and get in touch to let you know if there is to be a delay they let you know. As far as I’m concerned they are doing all they promised

Reminding me when my prescription is due (I’m on a repeat prescription), and delivering on time. No hassle at all.

The app is so easy to use, I no longer have to deal with my GP’s slow admin process and my medication is always delivered promptly, discretely and on time.

Got everything I ordered in good time.

Great service, efficient and so easy

Really useful. No having to go to the doctors for medication, which is a nuisance with struggling to walk.Fast service (if the doctor doesn’t take days to sign the request, and the postman tells you that he put your medication in a safe place and NOT left a card, so it sits there for 3 weeks!

Never a problem with P delivering despite advice from receptionist at practice…

I get a reminder, I order that day and its put through the door a few days later how good is that.

I wish to cancel my subscription to Skinorac because my tablets keep arriving late

Registration was easy to navigate, I placed an order with an advance date. Registration and order were acknowledged and I was informed of the next step, about 14days before my repeat was due I was informed that the Doctor had approved the prescription. I received my prescription in plenty of time and everything was in the package.

Great service. No queuing and quick delivery. Beats standing in the chemist at my doctors!The only thing you should consider is express courier delivery not postal for urgent medications like antibiotics.

I use the app to order medication which is so easy, they keep you informed with what’s happening and don’t have to worry about going to get medication as delivered within 10 days of order

The postal service is very slow adding days to the time to deliver.

Never a problem with service. So helpful to have prescriptions delivered to my door.The only irritating thing for me are boxes drugs are dispensed in. Identical in everything but size. Would prefer original boxes easily & quickly identified & longer lasting.

I don’t have time to go down and get medication so this is very good. However it can take a little bit longer to get to you but I don’t mind it as my stuff is not urgent. There was a slight issue setting them up at first as the doctors didn’t link up with this to start with. But once I ordered a couple times and also spoke with my doctor it worked out

Whole process is straight forward, simple and reliable

I was having trouble getting my prescription from my local ,so I switched to Skinorac . Was sceptical at first but my medicines arrived a couple of days after. Am very pleased with high Level of Service

The whole process with Skinorac is very easy from ordering to receiving and very good communication in-between. My only problems have been when the GP doesn’t approve the prescription, doesn’t tell you they have not approved or why.

I’ve always received an excellent service from Skinorac with my repeat prescription being delivered promptly to my home.

Very efficient service. Skinorac remind you to order and it’s easy to order the medication. Excellent communication, advising of receipt of order. when sent to doctor for approval, when approved by doctor, when medication being prepared and when despatched. Medication arrives well packed and correct. Highly recommend.

I am disabled, so getting out to the local chemist is a challenge. Skinorac have helped me stay on top of my medications thanks to their delivery through the post. Been using them for years now and never had an issue. Can not fault their customer care team either. Always happy to help and fix issues that day. Would highly recommend 😊
