Was a very quick and efficient delivery, I much prefer to order prescriptions online now, thanks very much!

Overall the delivery is informative but not always on time. One item was late because of suppliers and this resulted in delays with other items which are usually on time.

I want to be able to call down items from batch approved items but I can’t do this through the app. I just want to be able to order everything through the app irrespective of whether it’s batch approved or not.

Orders are correct. Time is good. No messing around with the doctors.

The ordering is smooth and communication re the order is good. What lets them down is the time from approval to delivery, usually a week at best. Also the annoying constant text messages stating it is time to order even after you have ordered or just received an order. I did adjust the timings of the reminders on their website but seems to no avail. Considering changing supplier.

The length of time that I need to order medication ahead of each supply running out is constantly increasing.When I first started using Skinorac , I could see on a Monday which medications would be finished by the end of that week, place an order, and I would be guaranteed to receive the new supplies before the end of the same week. This meant that I was never caught out without medication.Now I am lucky if I receive the new supplies within three weeks of ordering them, which makes it much more difficult to forward-plan to ensure that I never run out. I know that you are using Royal Mail to send medications, and that they have abandoned any pretence at delivering mail promptly, preferring to concentrate on massively enriching their senior staff and perpetrating terrible miscarriages of justice against their post office managers – but perhaps you should consider using a different carrier.Or at the very least, apply some corporate customer pressure on RM to actually do the job that you are presumably paying them handsomely for.

Arrives quickly with no complications. However I would like to receive emails from you updating me on the process of my order. Ie – order authorised, order sent out. Etc.

Takes all the hassle out of obtaining medication

On my last order,i did not order 25mlg of thyroxine as i had plenty for next month.But still got them.I informed oakland surgery of this,it is not a big matter.But means i am unindated with them.Apart from this,still a excellent service.Keep up the good work.Shaky.

Very good service. I simply order my prescription on line from my GP and within 5-6 days the order is delivered. I have 4 items which could be packaged in a chunky box but Skinorac repackages the medication into its own slim boxes which are then packaged so the they can be posted through my letter box.

I’ve given several recommendations for your excellent company If you are on daily medical meds why wouldn’t you sign up?You will never run out & not have to go out in all weathers …it’s simple sign up!! I’m a technophobe &/if I can do it anyone can!!

Skinorac makes the whole process of ordering repeat prescriptions very simple – I access it through an app called Evergreen so that I can see when I last ordered my medication and then I’m taken through a very simple process and 2 days later it arrives through the letterbox. No charge! Brilliant.

As a 90 year old the service provided by for you is very important to me I’m not able to get around very easily so all I have to do is say what I want and it’s delivered within a couple of days I personally couldn’t ask for anything more it’s absolutely excellent and I thoroughly recommend it for anyone
