I received acknowledgement e mails only and only when I said I was making a complaint to the GPC did any action happen – but which was to only repeat the questions I had already given answers repeatedly to. I also tried to engage via the chat facility but this also went “”dead””.”

Use the new Skinorac app to order repeat prescriptions. 8 days after placing an online order there was no communication re the progress. Had to drop in only to be told the prescription had been prepared and was waiting for collection. Old app used to advise at all stages
