The process is relatively quick (considering it’s a postal service) and very easy to use but the App lets it down a bit. The messages and orders sections aren’t updated often enough and it’s not always easy to drill down and see which medication the message refers to (nor do I have the option to delete old or expired messages, which would be really useful and allow me to just have quick sight of any orders currently in progress/outstanding). I think if simple changes can be made to the app then it would be worthy of a 5* review 🙂

As you are having to relive in the postman this can be a problem. Things get lost and although my last prescription was listed as our for delivery it actually came three days later.

Good service but wasteful packaging.They used 8 own-brand boxes to pack 1 strip in each box. I put them into 2 boxes (4 strips each) including leaflet and still had plenty of space in the boxes. The shipping box was also huge, obviously due to the large number of unnecessary Skinorac boxes inside. They really need to stop such wasteful practices. It must also cost them more to ship in large boxes, so can’t see the sense.

But as soon as any issues arise, it’s impossible to resolve them… customer service is impossible to get hold off, even when callback actually is done, when I say I want to delete my account they disconnect on me!!!! Since changing surgery they advised that they cannot fulfill my repeat prescription anymore, tried deleting account for months now, no replies to numerous emails, calls go unanswered, or once I get through as soon as I’ll say I want my account deleted, they hung up… award winning customer service my a$$…. It’s probably the most frustrating bit of moving houses that is still unresolved since December (it’s end of July now).Edit:Finally managed to get it sorted (I think), but having to ask probably 6-7 times over the lady who kept saying I misread email (even tho I emailed, called, then emailed again to find out they can’t do my prescriptions) to delete account within one phone call is just beyond ridiculous.“Award winning customer service” that suggests to their customers they’re stupid. Thats a way to go!…
Easy to set up and speed of delivery excellent only thing was i thought the tablets were going to fit through letter box but came in a box to which I had to give a safe place to leave. Thought it was strange that they would leave medication even in a reasonable safe place. But as no signature required.
Medicine delivered at a good price.VERY persistent about receiving feedback despite having left feedback before for another product.Too much onus is given to customer reviews and praise.As a business owner myself, it’s nice to receive positive feedback and informs others if they bother looking, but don’t harrass people to leave feedback it just becomes annoying. If people want to leave feedback or complain, they will.Ask once, if you must.
