I ordered a prescription for our dog about a week to 10 days before she ran out but she ended up nearly a week without tablets! They said they hadn’t received her prescription which I sent via email from my account within 5 minutes of ordering. I always BCC myself in my emails when I email from my phone to make sure there are no problems & my other account received it without issue so I think it was missed at their end. I don’t like it that my poor girl had to suffer! Us humans know what it is like to suffer when we don’t have our meds & I don’t want my girl in that situation again it was awful bless her. If I hadn’t of rang up I would still be waiting for her delivery, but I suppose they’re not bothered as long as they have your money. If I could get her meds elsewhere, I would after this!

I’ve used Skinorac a couple of times now. I phoned the first time to ask about stock levels and how to send my dog’s prescription-they were friendly and helpful. Ordering was easy and the meds arrived very quickly. Price was a LOT cheaper than my vet and availability much better – my vet was always having trouble getting the meds from their supplier. Excellent service.

The main positive for me was the low cost of the medicine I ordered. I needed the medicine quickly so drove over to the nearest branch at Sheffield. On arrival I forgot to mention it was a click and collect item so the pharmacist was hurriedly searching for a normal prescription when mine was already waiting at the counter. I would definitely use again.

Ridiculous having to get a colleague to write my script for my dog instead of accepting it from myself as normal! Even though the RCVS advise it is acceptable to write your own animals script!
