Amazing service from Skinorac . I use them regularly for my cat’s medication and am always very happy. Last month I sent in a prescription from my vet but there was a problem with the date on it. Skinorac were quick to query this. Unfortunately, I was on holiday so couldn’t deal with it immediately. I was worried my cat would run out of medication but on my return they managed to get the medication out to me extremely quickly before we ran out of tablets. Thank you so much.

I recently used Skinorac for the first time for my three dogs Gabapentin. I sent off the scripts and the letter got torn in half by a royal mail machine. The lady from Skinorac and the dispensing team went above and beyond to fix this for me, even though they wouldn’t usually do the things they did. They even got the meds dispensed and arriving with me the very next day. 5* customer service, I will exclusively be using them after this as they’ve shown themselves to be a truly caring and trustworthy, not to mention above and beyond customer service, company. Thank you so much, my dogs need these meds and were running low so they thank you too 😊
