I was prescribed a HRT gel. The Prescription was sent to you via the doctor. I was emailed to say there was a delay on delivery as it was put of stock. The doctor asked me to call to find out what alternatives you could provide. Although it was 2.30 in the afternoon the call service said that the lines were shut and to call between 9-5 when offices were open. The chat service told me I had a wait of 45 minutes. Terrible service. I went to my local chemist and was able to get a prescription sent to them. Poor customer service from Skinorac
