Great price delivery from DPD wasn’t great to collect from a pick up 3 days after I was due to revieve this

Goods were sent quickly,unfortunatly royal mail had managed to smash the two glass bottles inside. I sent pictures to Skinorac by email on the Saturday of delivery and by the following Wednesday I had received a replacement. The customer service Person deserved a gold star for the prompt and courteous way they delt with my issues. Will definitely use Skinorac again.

Easy to order and kept well informed at every stage right through to DPD delivery time slot. Being able to checkout quickly with PayPal is a big plus for me.My only grumble would be having to log in with a password etc as a guest customer is a bit OTT.
