Arrived very promptly, well packaged and complete. Ordered at the weekend and arrived on Tuesday…much quicker than originally expected, but we were kept informed. The prices were competitive too. The delivery man came back a 2nd time to deliver because my doorbell did not connect 1st time.We shall be ordering again.

My husband arrived at the Vermuyden Centre, Thorne at 18:20 today to collect a couple of wound dressings as mine were starting to come off. Main entrance to the pharmacy was already closed, so he went to the side entrance, he heard one of the staff say ffs, asked for the dressings, tried to pay cash but was told they had already cashed up so had to pay by card.

Communication was good, quickly informs you when the product was in stock. Website was easy to use, ordering from start to finish was straightforward. Product arrived quickly. I would recommend to friends & family and I’d use them again.

Easy to order on the internet, very good service and updates to enable me to collect the item as soon as it arrives at the chosen store. Would have given 5 stars but I was quite surprised at the cost increase from my last months order, however, the price was still less or the same as other companies that could be found on line.

Ordered addisons medication for my senior dog. Ordered on the 6th of March and received on the 9th. Best price available. Saving more than £50 compared to at the vets. Had trouble with their online prescription upload but there was an email option which was fab. Great first experience. Will order from again.
