Always send me a reminder to order my medication and it is always on time and if any medication isn’t in stock they will always let me know and during the time I have been with Pharmacy to You I have never had to wait past my due date and Never ran short of any of my medication. Well done

I cannot praise your company enough. I am quite elderly now and I know that my medication will be delivered within a couple of days of ordering it and I dont have to go to the chemist in bad weather.

For the 4th month in a row I went to collect my repeat prescription, after allowing 7 working days for it to be prepared, only to be told it was not ready and to come back in a couple of days. The staff at the branch I go to are either very slow or are utterly disorganised.

Skinorac offers an extremely efficient service and great value for money

How is it that my local branch can take up to, and sometimes longer, than two weeks to process a prescription delivered electronically when if I went in with a paper prescription I could get it immediately.My local branch, Lodgemoor, is hopeless. Always a queue, boxes everywhere, always inadequate number of staff, privacy?, shouting questions over customers, Staff told to ignore the phone because they are too busy to answer.Can I give less than 1 in the review
