Fab service easy and convenient

The delivery takes too long to arrive. The prescription may be processed within a day or two however the delivery process is too long. My last prescription took almost a week or more to arrive and that’s not the efficiency I’m looking for. Especially for medication that I may need quite urgently. It takes away from the hassle free process of receiving your medication.So this aspect is very disappointing.

Repeat prescription ordered on Wednesday; through my letterbox on Saturday! Quicker and easier than visiting GP and queuing in chemist.

I have had prescribed the same medication over a number of gears. In June, Skinorac notified me to say my repeat prescription was being verified by my doctor. I heard nothing further.A week ago, i called at my GP surgery to say that my meds were a month overdue and was told that P had been given clearance several weeks ago. I asked them to verify once again, and this time it did trigger the dispatch.This is not the first time its happened.

I’m 81 years old and on several medications. It makes my life much easier not to have to go to the chemist to pick up my medication every few weeks. I’ve been at home for all the deliveries but one, so far, and that had to be delivered the following day as it was too big to put through the letter box. I appreciate the deliveries being free of charge so all in all, it’s a very good service.
