skinoarc has become my lifeline. I’m virtually housebound so this service is incredibly helpful to me for which I’m truly grateful ?? The only thing I’ve changed over time is ordering my medication a couple of weeks in advance as I did have a couple of delays. Despite that I would still use and recommend this valuable survice ????

I’ve been trading with Skinoracfor some time. Excellent service and attention. Even when they make a mistake (which is rare) they’re on the ball to correct it immediately.

Good to get prescription delivered to me. My only criticism is that I get so many small boxes with just a few pills in each. It would make more sense to send them in fewer boxes, each containing a larger number of pills.

Everything was as promised.But when you do not have an item in stock you tell us and suggest a possible delivery time but when the time has expired and we still have not received the items we are left in limbo as we ordered originally in good time but after 2further weeks we are running low and we must decide on what to do next an update would be useful

Got reminder of order due date. Made order, sent to doctor for approval.,dispatched then received in days with updates all along. System could be made simpler when you have more than one prescription. Otherwise excellent service.

Since moving to skinorac I feel more relaxed. I have a complicated range of medications and was forever putting in prescription requests, collecting the prescription, putting prescription into pharmacy and collection assuming full prescription was met, which wasn’t always the case.I now go online, order and it arrives by Royal Mail to my doorstep, fabulous. No more running about.The accuracy of the delivery is fantastic and I’ve saved a lot on petrol as I’m not driving about now.Great decision by them that they use Royal Mail and not Evri or any another courier.I highly recommend skinorac.Great job, thank you.

Efficient service but will you please take off my list the GTN spray and the Voltarol. Even though I say remove, I am still sent these items.

Generally I cannot fault your service but last week I was prescribed a new medication and although approved within 24 hours it took over a week to get to me. Very disappointing and this was a time sensitive medication, next time i need something urgently I will use my local pharmacy.

It’s a really good service, and is reminded to re order the medication, well in advance so no running short. Also a good service for when you come back from a Holiday, because usually medication is the last thing on your mind when returning home, so the friendly nudge to order is very good.
