Not having to walk to the Skincare Products each month has made life much easier. Prescription arrived intact and complete. Excellent.

I used to give it 5 stars. But now not all my medication especially my important ones are getting delivered when I want and need them. They don’t give you an alternative when something is hard to get hold off or put of stock. It’s not their fault. This is happening everywhere. I just wish they would prioritise patients that have to take antidepressants rejection tablets which are really important and ofcourse diabetes medication if someone needs it.

I have been using Skinorac for a while now and they have never let me down, ordering is simple and they handle everything. Definitely order 10 days before you need your new meds, (as they recommend).

Very simple to use, and not too difficult to set up.But if anything goes wrong, like they send you 28days supply, rather than 56days, they are impossible to contact!You search through their “Help & Support”, only to get a phone number, where you can request a call back, or get a chat bot, which after you waste ages trying to resolve the issue, only gives you the option to oder a repeat prescription!If you phone, you get a call handling system which says, “The estimated wait time is 4minutes…”, and 30 minutes later, it still says “The estimated wait time is 4minutes…”!Eventually, after half an hour of waiting for 4 minutes, I had to press the button for a call back! All in all it has taken nearly an hour, SO FAR, to get an answer to a 30second question! Terrible ‘service’!
