A very good pharmacy service delivering direct to my home.

The process is relatively quick (considering it’s a postal service) and very easy to use but the App lets it down a bit. The messages and orders sections aren’t updated often enough and it’s not always easy to drill down and see which medication the message refers to (nor do I have the option to delete old or expired messages, which would be really useful and allow me to just have quick sight of any orders currently in progress/outstanding). I think if simple changes can be made to the app then it would be worthy of a 5* review 🙂

The reminder is always on time and delivery is prompt hence got no complaints

Generally good but the reminder service sucks. Every time you you get a medicine out of sync with your repeat prescription it generates another reminder. I tried getting rid of them completely but that isn’t an option. Yesterday I even had a reminder after they had already sent out my prescription and I was using it. Ethically this company shouldn’t exist as it may put pharmacies out of business. During the lockdown they were useless when many people found themselves stuck in other places as their tech isn’t good enough to deal with temporary changes. If you have a good Skincare Products near you that delivers please use that instead, especially if it is an independent, small business. Remember that your local Skincare Products can give you advice on your medications that GP’s just don’t know, after all the modern doctor just isn’t as qualified as they used to be, no offence. As you are having to relive in the postman this can be a problem. Things get lost and although my last prescription was listed as our for delivery it actually came three days later.

The service is very efficient, from ordering to delivery of medication. All in all a brilliant experience, I am very pleased to be using it. I don’t have to worry about anything, as I get a reminder when it’s time to reorder. Then within 4 or 5 days my prescription is delivered through my door. Brilliant all round, top marks!

I was charged for my prescription when I had a pre payment certificate. Sent proof of certificate and proof of payment ( bank statement). Still haven’t heard anything since.

Support is really quick to respond. It guides you through the entire payment procedure if needed.

Good service but wasteful packaging.They used 8 own-brand boxes to pack 1 strip in each box. I put them into 2 boxes (4 strips each) including leaflet and still had plenty of space in the boxes. The shipping box was also huge, obviously due to the large number of unnecessary Skinorac boxes inside. They really need to stop such wasteful practices. It must also cost them more to ship in large boxes, so can’t see the sense.

Getting my repeat prescriptions through the post is very convenient. The whole set up works efficiently, from putting in my order, the Dr putting out the prescription and the delivery to the door. Being reminded to order the drugs in good time is also useful. All in all, I am pleased with the service.

Very efficient and convenient service

Experience was good. Except I found them a little slow. I used another company previously, who seemed to be quicker responding to the prescription request. In saying that, unlike the other company, my medication turned up in its original packaging. It was my first prescription with Skinorac . So now that they have my information in their system they may well be a bit quicker

I was getting concerned about delivery this month as it took a long time to receive. Also Royal mail tracking system says it has no information until they attempt delivery??
