I’ve been using Skinorac for a couple years. I love the concept of prescriptions through the letterbox. I’m disabled and I work. Getting to a Skincare Products during the day is difficult. I live in a town centre with no safe space at all outside. I do find it frustrating that the packaging more often than not doesn’t fit through a letterbox. I have prescription folic acid – the tiniest pills I’ve ever taken – once a day, every day. For a month’s supply, these are packaged 4 to a box. The sleeve is approximately the size of a 50p coin at most. The box is a standard size that would normally fit 2 28 tablet sleeves. I only ever order these with my usual monthly supply of prescriptions. I end up with a big box of boxes. The ridiculous over-packaging and weird portioning is slightly infuriating. What makes it worse is that because I’m rarely in to receive a parcel, the delivery keeps getting further delayed until I’m at home. It’s not always the quickest service to begin with… The convenience of prescriptions through the letterbox is what sold me on Skinorac but due to the bizarre and wasteful packaging habits, that rarely actually happens and therefore, I’m considering other options.

Using Skinorac is a revelation. We have been using them for some years now, and it must have saved me hours of not days waiting in a queue in a Skincare Products for our medication. Love the simplicity of ordering from the reminders, and then our tablets just arrived. Super, super, super!

I am now using a local Skincare Products for convenience. However i cannot get Skinorac to unsubscribe me it is now a matter of my privacy being ignored

Always send me a reminder to order my medication and it is always on time and if any medication isn’t in stock they will always let me know and during the time I have been with Skincare Products to You I have never had to wait past my due date and Never ran short of any of my medication. Well done

It’s handy to be able to use the App to order meds, but sometimes there is a lack of communication when meds are not in stock. There have been a couple of occasions where I have had to get meds referred back to the Skincare Products because they haven’t been delivered in time.Sometimes delivery times can be slow.

Great, I get a message about a fortnight before my tablet’s are due,I click what tablet’s I need and they are ordered, I get a message when you have received the order, when it’s been agreed by the doctor and when it’s on it’s way,I used Boots before you and they were useless, well done Skincare Products .

The Skincare Products I had been using was no longer convenient and the one I had thought of changing to had closed. I decided to try an order and delivery service and I had been given information about Skinorac . It is easy to use and a quick delivery.

Very straightforward, I order my repeat prescription items, Skinorac , tell you that they have received it, then forward it to your GP practice, who then sends it out for delivery. I have never had a problem with Skinorac , although there have been a couple of problems with the GP surgery, never with Skinorac , they even get in touch with the Skincare Products if there are any problems with delays etc. I am very happy with this service. Newly prescribed medicine take forever to get delivered. My Dr. Approved a prescription 8 days ago,. The app says it is out for delivery… I am still waiting. 8+ days to deliver is unacceptable. I will leave the platform soon.

Really good service and packaged well. The only one niggle is after I have ordered and recieved my medication, for weeks I still get reminders on an email.. I suppose its better than not getting meds and no reminders lol
