Plates are great, I would prefer to have drilled holes rather than laser or water cut so they would be straight

While on site, we found that we were short on our quantity of steel drift pins. I contacted Timberplates on a Friday and received our order on Tuesday. Great customer service!!

Great product and service. They realized I made a mistake in my order and called me about it. I was grateful they did otherwise I would have something that I would not be able to use.

After searching for a good quality plate to secure beams for construction of a new home I found Timberplates. They were very helpful and easy to work with and the quality and strength of the plates is like no other I have found. I also had a few custom plates made and they were produced just as ordered. My column connectors were in spec and delivered earlier than promised. I am very pleased with the product.

It was a little nerve wracking using the website to specify all of the dimensions and hitting the order button with no confirmation of the selected dimensions. It would be helpful to display the selected dimensions in the order confirmation.

The brackets are perfect . I get a lot of compliments on the workmanship of these custom brackets , everything fit perfect , unlike the junk that’s made in China , worth every penny they cost ! Thanks again
