Submitted original claim in Feb 2022 due to fall/surgery prior to cruise. Submitted all necessary docs April 15. Three months later and still no responses. When I email, I get the standard reply “we will get to you soon..blah,blah,blah.” When I call customer service, the rep says it takes min 60 days to process. Well, way past that and still no one has called me with status.
