Ordered from here two times without an issue. Last order was made on 30th march and it is still “stuck” in Buthan since 15th march. I had to contact Buthan post since HSP didnt do anything to fix this issue. And Buthan post told me i should ask for parcel to be reshipped since they cant send it to me. And all that time HSP has been telling me it is the carrier issues and clearly just wanted to take my money without sending any product i ordered.

Untraceable tracking number, even after 7 days and multiple attempts to contact support. Zero response. 4.8 rating is misleading, reflects a failure in basic order fulfilment and customer service.

If you have any questions or xonxerns you can email them and they’ve always replied within 24 hours 48 hours at the most. It does take about 3 or 4 weeks to ship to the U.S., but it’s worth it if it’s actually high quality

Anyone who’s used nootropics from 10 years ago knows this to be true, but not if your experience is only the past 5 years, all you know is the watered down medicine that most places sell nowadays. Look up a video on making modafinil by chemical reaction, this is not something that you want created in backyard laboratories, there are many steps and it is just a small mistake away from being a very acid and dangerous substance, instead of 100% pure modafinil.

When I re-ordered 6 months later, I was welcomed with a welcome-back discount code that I could use along with the same discounts I received on my first order.

I’ve been re-ordering without issue from HighStreetPharma since that day, and I can’t see that changing while they are still in business.

I can even vouch for HSP in the event that your nootropics are being sent to one of the guaranteed shipping locations, and gets stopped in customs. You really know if you can trust a business, when you make a bitcoin purchase and then your delivery gets stopped and confiscated in customs, they have your bits in a grinder if they want. However, HSP happily resent the delivery, after an appropriate amount of time of it being stuck in customs.
I must admit I was very anxious, and although I should have known to trust them from the now 3 years of buying from them, I couldn’t help but worry. All for nothing though, the re-delivery arrived, once again HighStreetPharma exceeded expectations.

I cannot recommend HSP more highly, hence why I’ve spent more time than I’d like to admit drafting this feedback.
Don’t support the sellers who are actively degrading our medicine and putting our health at risk with their “own label” generic brands.
