Even after providing a confirmation from my local post office of a problem with the delivery of my order, HSP did not immediately reship as per their “satisfaction guarantee”. They also didn’t inform me of the reshipment, I had to check for a new tracking number. Their customer service needs to improve their communication.

The medication itself seemed fine, but delivery took longer than expected and there weren’t many updates along the way. I did receive the order eventually, but the waiting time was frustrating. Hopefully shipping communication improves.

It was my first order but I wasn’t hesitant since I’ve already read a lot of good reviews about them already did it come on use Amazon method. Pretty straightforward. 4 weeks to arrive, but it’s international shipping to California so it’s expected. There is also a tracking option in the website that you can see where your package is which makes it more convenient

4th order for me and as usual everything is fine. They typically come in 10 to 15 days. Sometimes they seem to forget to update the order with the tracking link in your dashboard, in that case do not hesitate to send them an email. It happened 2 times that the tracking link was added to my dashboard 2 or 3 days after my order was already delivered to the post office.

They do give the 30% bonus for paying in crypto, and for my last order they even put an extra tab of modacare for me, thanks for that!

Slow shipping and delivery is an issue. It’s been a month since last communication.

The payment methods allow you to not worry about your info being stolen and the products are always quality only thing I don’t like is they are quite expensive but I’d say it’s worth for the anonymity

Order took just over two weeks to arrive to the UK, which seems fairly normal for economy delivery from India. The prices are decent in my opinion. I’m pretty sure I’ll use them again 😊👍
