I placed and paid for an order almost two weeks ago. The order is still listed as “Processing” and I have not received my items nor any update.
I’ve emailed support. What is going on?!

I just received my second order/shipment today and was in the works of making another order last night, but ended up making the order today. The shipment came again as advertised! Delivery takes 3-4 weeks for me, but that doesn’t bother me at all considering where they are located and I just plan ahead 🙂
