HSP has a very high standard as far as both customer service, as well as their products. I have been very happy with them for a while now, and they are always available to help me with questions and advice if needed. Their response time has always been less than 24 hours. They have reasonable prices and often have promotions available. I recommend them highly.

This is my second time ordering from HSP. So far so good. Im a bit concerned this time though because it has been a couple of weeks since i placed the order and tracking says its not in the system yet. I know these things can take a while so im trying to remain patient. I did contact HSP and they basically said to check my tracking after a few days. Other than that, HSP has been great

I’ve ordered several times from HSP and each experience has been very smooth. Some meds are quite pricy but they are of good quality. I even reagent tested their modvigil and it checked out. You pay more sure but you get the piece of mind that you aren’t buying counterfeit crap. My only issue is that delivery has taken about a month to Western Europe, but it’s not such a big deal all things considered. Customer service is always excellent and they are quick to respond to you. Will continue to be a loyal customer for the foreseeable future.

Better than expected quality! I have a prescription for Modafinil here at a US Pharmacy and I have to say I believe the Modvigil is about 10% more potent than the brand they give me in the US Pharmacy. Shipping was 13 days total to the Northeastern US, but that was expected. I will be doing business with highstreetpharma for the long term and they have the best communication of just about any retail website

I made a big order to Europe and was concerned it would get seized by customs, but I received it without any issues whatsoever. The delivery time was about 3 weeks.
The support replied very fast to a question I had, although their responses often contain minor grammatical errors.

I paid by using a Walmart gift card and I was a little leery about using that form of payment so I made a smaller order, but I just got my package today. My mother is obsessed with scams and tried to convince me not to order, but I was willing to give it a shot because of all the good reviews, and it worked out. It took a little over 3 weeks for me to get it and there was a delay of about a week because one of the products I ordered was out of stock. They emailed me and asked if I would like to have it replaced with a different brand of the same thing and I agreed. The order status never changed from being on hold in my account after it shipped and I only knew the package was coming because it showed up in my USPS Informed Delivery. However, I got the products I ordered and they are in good condition. I will probably order from them again in the future because my overall experience was a good one.

Have ordered from many other places before without ever having issues. The first (and if nothing changes, last) order at HSP gets seized at the border. I contact costumer service to discuss what the next steps are but only ever get an emails with a single line of response from them that basically says ‘not our problem’. It was a seriously expensive order that I can’t afford to redo somewhere else on a student budget, they can’t be bothered to do anything. My advice is that if you insist on ordering with them, use a creditcard so that you can pull back the payment if your parcel gets seized or lost or never sent at all.
This experience has been sad and maddening, hope you guys at HSP are happy with the problems you’ve caused for me.
