I have never experience the terrible level of customer service they provided in my life. It took days for them to return emails and when they finally responded they never even answered my simple questions. I followed the directions on their website to make my payment perfectly. Then they claimed they never received my payment even though I talked to my bank and the transaction went through successfully. They refused to help me at all and refused to return my money or mail me what I payed for. They wanted me to do a bunch of leg work for them to try and figure out why they didn’t see my money I’m their account. That’s not the customers job at all. They should be the ones looking into what happened and not leave it up to the customer who has no idea what to even do or look for. Violet Davis and Jacob were who I “communicated” with if you even want to call it that. They literally gave me zero help. They acted like I was the one in the wrong when I did what their website told me. Stay far far far away from this joke of a company and save yourself the headache. They should be shut down for fraud.

I had placed an order in June and was asked to pay through Amazon GC. Its been more than 2 months and I haven’t received my delivery yet. Until the payment was being made, all the conversations over email were well received and responded to, but after the payment was completed, now whenever I email them, it bounces back.
