Continues to be my most favoured way of obtaining my repeat prescriptions

I have been using skinorac for several years now and their service has always been exemplary. My prescription is always accurate, well packed and arrives quickly by Royal Mail. Apart from all these plus factors the great thing is that I don’t have to queue in the every month!

It was the first time we had ordered Jacks medicine via skinorac , all his meds were there, the only thig it may have been the Surgery, they just ordered Levitiracetam, as that is the correct name, Jack normally receives Kepra as his Neurologist did not want a generic component of his meds.

Easy to order medication and no problems with delivery

I’ve been with them for years and things have been ok until recently. Two items of medication are stuck in their system and have been for 2 months. It won’t allow me to order these items although the other items i have can be ordered as usual. I’ve tried to get through by telephone but was told the wait was 30 minutes on the first attempt. I’ve e-mailed them 4 times and either received a completely irrelevant reply or none at all. Just tried the phone again – 35 minute wait today. Used webchat instead – 25 minute wait to be greeted by a half-wit who didn’t have a clue and after 20 minutes of incompetence i gave up and switched to a major competitor. Bingo – all medication now available to order so it’s goodbye from me after 5 years. This is not customer service – it’s appalling.

My prescription still hasn’t arrived. This may be Royal Mail?My last meds never did arrive, was sent someone else’s. Had to reorder via my GP.

It’s very easy to order online and I recieve my meds in a few days .Very good service

Makes ordering medication straightforward and painless. Very few issues encountered.I have had a few issues with the iPhone app (crashes) but easy to access the service via website.On the rare occasions I have had to contact skinorac , the wait times have been rather long.

I was having trouble getting my prescription from my local ,so I switched to skinorac . Was sceptical at first but my medicines arrived a couple of days after. Am very pleased with high Level of Service

I am on levothyroxine which I take every day. I’ve rang well several times asking for a specific brand which arrived once. I have had to cancel as every month the wrong brand arrives and they blame the doctors surgery which has nothing to do with the brand 😡

The whole process with skinorac is very easy from ordering to receiving and very good communication in-between. My only problems have been when the GP doesn’t approve the prescription, doesn’t tell you they have not approved or why.

I’ve always received an excellent service from skinorac with my repeat prescription being delivered promptly to my home.
