I placed my order at 22.45hrs on Thursday 18 May. It was delivered, by DPD at 11.07hrs on Saturday 20 May. Definitely an excellent service.

They were prompt with my order, I knew straight away if anything was out of stock.When an item wasn’t available they gave you the option to confirm if you wanted to continue the order.Their customer service as a whole is excellent, even when a member of staff is off, another person will get back to you as soon as they can.

Usually this would be 5* but my order took quite a lot longer this time around. No way Skinorac fault, there was a Bank Holiday which I had forgotten about. As usual order was delivered as soon as poss and no mistakes. Skinorac are a top notch .

Reviewed previously – always happy to use Skinorac as they provide an excellent service & are usually (but not always) the lowest cost provider. When they are, 100% recommend.

My experience of Skinorac is for over-the-counter items, not for prescriptions.I have used Skinorac fairly regularly for a good while now……. and they are pretty boring to review….Product range is good, prices sharp, the website is easy to use and items arrive promptly exactly as ordered.On the very rare occasions that there has been a query on an order the communication has been first rate.If you need anything that Skinorac sells then use them.

It would be good if you could use letter box friendly packaging,l ordered some tablets recently and they came in a cardboard box.As l am at work all day they could not be delivered, if the tablets could be removed and box flattened they could be put in a jiffy bag, otherwise good service.

They had what I wanted and the price was keen, delivery was quick and I will 100% be buying from Skinorac again

Product all good – delivery was strange: as we were away, the company said they couldn’t deliver because of the size and not finding a suitable place outside the house. This happened again and on the third occasion, they left it in a forecourt recycling box – this they could easily have done on their first delivery time.
