Placed order over the bank holiday weekend when Skinorac closed so would not be seen to till Tuesday which from past orders I would have expected Royal Mail delivery on the Friday or Saturday. I received email on the Tuesday stating parcel out for delivery tracked order found it was being delivered by DPD. Received email Wednesday saying parcel was being delivered that day. As I would not be in I was able to arrange a safe place for it to be left at. Skinorac and DPD both did excellent job

It was alright, except I was notified one item was unavailable, after ordering and paying for it. They also forgot to send me another item , so I wrote to them and they responded quickly. I was sent the missing item by special delivery. 👍

Its always worrying placing an order from an overseas company, but Skinorac made it easy, I ordered Flexiseq Max, it was sent to my overseas address, then forwarded onto me in New Zealand, it was fast, easy and no fuss, and the price was good for the product too.
