Never on time, keep have to return it to the spine everytime

Always get a reminder when reqd,ordering is easy and always kept up to date if there is any delay.

I have been trying to speak to someone as my medication has gone missing and I have completely run out. When I try to phone you about it a recorded message asks for my DOB , I keep putting it in but I still can’t get to speak to a human being. Also You bombard me with emails telling me to order medication when I still have two weeks supply.

Today tried to order online medication that is not on my list. Put the name in so this can be added to my orders,came back not recognised. Tried numerous times to speak to a human ad the online virtual chat is a total waste of my time, it wasnt even letting me type my problem, so rung again and again, in a queue wait time 34 mins..seriously who has this amount of time to wait. Quicker toget a taxi to my doctors to do a repeat!!Update…pharmscy2u rung me back and i placed my order, but she didnt know why i was not able to add to my account my new meds .
